An attack suspected to be masterminded by the Boko Haram terrorist group in the Far North region of Cameroon has claimed the lives of two persons leaving four other injured.
The attack in Dabanga, a locality in Waza,Logone and Chari division occurred on Friday night, sources confirm.
CNA reported that two female suicide bombers arrived the locality on Friday night pretending to be strangers seeking refuge.
As they were being questioned after members of the vigilante committee spotted them, one detonated herself killing one of the members of the vigilante while the other is said to have ran away.
Four other persons present at the scene sustained injuries and were rushed to the hospital.
