Antoine Bell and Salomon Olembe celebrated by Olympique of Marseille

Olympique of Marseille invited some of its former players from Africa to celebrate the club’s links with the content in the past decades.

The legends who included Cameroonians Antoine Bell and Salomon Olembe, watched the 2-2 draw between OM and Nice on Wednesday, before whose kick-off, they were presented to the public at the Orange Velodrome Stadium.

The eleven players had a reunion which involved visiting some historic locations, training grounds, and speaking to the current players of the club.

It was also used as an opportunity to further valorize the club’s new kit whose design is African-inspired. Each of the former players had a jersey with their names written on them.

The full list of the former players that were invited include; Habib Bamogo, Ibrahima Bakayoko, Joseph-Antoine Bell, Basile Boli, Aboubacar “Titi” Camara, Abdoulaye Meite, Salomon Olembe, Lamine Sakho, Cyrille Domoraud, Abdoulaye Diallo, and Kaba Diawara.
