As we reported yesterday, the government delegate of Bamenda ; Vincent Ndumu, indeed has waged a war against Ghost Towns! Today, he sealed shops in the Bamenda main market, Nkwen, Ntarinkon & Food Market because the traders there have been observing Ghost Towns.
