The Cameroon Radio Television is bereaved, following the passing of renowned journalist Vincent de Paul Atangana.
He is reported to have been found dead Tuesday morning, at his residence at Ebang, on the outskirts of Yaounde.
Investigations are being carried out to figure out what led to the journalist’s demise. Family sources reveal his lifeless body was found bare in his room.
The Editor in Chief of the National Radio house, was popular for his presentation of the newly created 5 – 6 pm newscast on the CRTV National Radio, and for his sports reporting. He was one of the match commentators at the Garoua site during the just ended AFCON in Cameroon.
He had once served as Team Press Officer of the Indomitable Lions.
Vincent de Paul Atangana graduated from the Advanced School of Mass Communication (ASMAC) in Yaounde. He was of the 28th batch.
