Yaounde-based club TKC, have confirmed that they will play Match Day Two of the Elite One Championship, after failing to show up for the first game against Union of Douala.
The team was not present for the first match due to a crisis within the management of the club.
The Governor of the Center Region had to intervene “I decided to come here with a three-man team to work so that the match of tomorrow, the team can play” Naseri Paul Bea said after the crisis meeting held on Tuesday, 22 March.
“We are going to follow up, given the fact that all the stakeholders are unanimous and have accepted all the resolutions which we have adopted here today” the Governor added.
The stakeholders present raised the sum of 1 million FCFA, to meet the immediate needs of Tonerre Kalara Club, ahead of their game against Colombe of Dja and Lobo on Wednesday.
