Former Cameroonian skipper Samuel Eto’o has handed a transfer request to leave Turkish Super Lig club Antalyaspor, reports say.
According to sources, his agent Wilfried de Happi, has confirmed the striker is not happy with his present conditions at the Turkish club, but is yet to disclose the player’s probable destination.
The 4-time African Best Player Award winner who joined Antalyaspor in 2015 has spent two-years at the club and is still on contract till June 2018.
However, the President of the club is hesitating to let him leave, especially to a rival club in the Super Lig.
The 36-year-old has scored 38 goals, and assisted 11 times in 61 games for Antalyaspor since 2015.
The club has played 3 games this season recording just two draws.
