Fenasco A games to wrap up in Buea today

The 2017 edition of the Cameroon Federation for Secondary School Sports will be concluded in Buea today. As the games come to an end, the Far North region has regained the top position on the general ranking with a day to go. They are now on 59 medals including 27 gold and 26 silver.

The Centre region drops to the second place with 24 gold out of 52 medals won as of the 5th day of the contest. The West region have maintained the 3rd spot after securing 61 medals featuring 23 gold and 15 silver.

The South West comes on the 5th position with 5 gold medals, 6 silver and 7 bronze.

On Friday afternoon, the North West Mens football team humiliated Adamawa 4-0 in the final played at the Molyko Omnisport stadium. The North West who are also involved in todays closing female football encounter have moved to 8th spot with a total of 19 medals, 4 gold and 4 silver.

The 19th Fenasco A finals will come to a close today in a ceremony to be chaired by secondary education minister Jean Ernest Bibehe Messina Ngalle.
