Camer’s first lady’s humanitarian works definitely have world wide recognition, as she has been designated a special ambassador for the United Nations AIDS(UNAIDS) commitee. The executive director of UNAIDS, on the 1st June, in the East wing of the Unity Palace, made the announcement, honouring the first lady with this position, in the presence of the president of the republic.The president even made a promise, saying “African
