The 34 years old reality TV star, Kim Kardashian West, is finally pregnant again, after a huge struggle. She has had difficulties conceiving due to some complications she developed from her first pregnancy. She has had to deal with several fertility programs to help her conceive, she was almost at the verge of giving up(courtesy of her reality tv show), before she finally conceived again.
