Close to 300 candidates from ten political parties, have been retained for the upcoming senatorial elections in Cameroon come March 12.
The publication comes after scrutinization by the electoral board.
Ruling party, CPDM, has the highest representation in all regions. In the South and Southwest regions, it is the lone party.
Main opposition SDF, features only in the Northwest region alongside the CPDM.
The other eight parties that will participate in the March senatorial elections include; UNDP, FDC, ANDP, MDR, PCRN, FSNC, UDC and UMS.
