Yesterday on Day 4 of the National Dialogue commissions presented their final recommendations. These are some of the Major points of resolutions from the Decentralisation Commission :
-SW and NW regions would have a “special status”
-6 months would be given to implement decentralization according to the resolutions of the committee in charge of decentralization and local development
-Government delegates will now be suppressed
-Taxes will be collected locally and a part transferred to the State
-The only skills that must remain with the central state are the army, the currency and diplomacy.

According to a source at Palais Dès Congrès, Cabral Libii might be a member of government in the position of Minister Delegate To The Diaspora.
Former Presidential Candidate; Serge Matomba, proposed the adoption of a National Language for Cameroon. It has been adopted within the recommendations.
Final report is pending, will be read on Day 5, today, Friday October 4th 2019.
