Saturday October 5th is Teacher’s Day in Cameroon. To that effect, a government official in Baffoussam has written a letter to be sent to schools and educational establishments in Baffoussam, with details of prerequisites of participants for the March Pass. They were asked to go with the Cameroon Flag, President Paul Biya‘s effigy and a signboard mentioning the school they represent. See notice:
