The 2017 Billboard music awards that took place yesterday, Sunday May 21st at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas gave room for celebrities to play dress up! While some celebrities’ outfits wowed public others left a “what the hell is that” expression on people’s faces.
The most remarkable of all is that of 71 year old Cher who wore nipple pasties and a barely-there diamante outfit as she performed her hit song “Believe” before receiving the Icon Award at 2017 Billboards.
The dress featured diamante bands which barely covered her breasts and her crotch.
The singer rocked an outfit consisting of thin silver chains that draped around her body, covering her arms and crossing over her pelvis, but leaving her chest WIDE open. Cher’s breasts were on full display, with just colorful pasties covering up her nipples. Underneath the raunchy gown, she wore nipple pasties and fishnet tights to preserve her modesty.
This pop diva is very well known for wearing outrageous outfits when it comes to music awards. Back in 1986 she appeared on the red carpet wearing a memorable Bob Mackie outfit.
