The much-awaited EP Tranz4maz put together by Taron X and Zamarley under Backadyard Entertainment, is out, with five songs telling a story about tough street life.
As Zamarley explains, the way they presented daily life challenges in the EP, is unique. It’s similar to the approach the duo took in their highly acclaimed music track “FOWL”. “Our work will always definitely speak out for itself…it’s no photocopy” Zamarley elucidates.
He also highlights the reason why they decided to name the new project “Tranz4maz”. “There is a lot of transformation in what we did. When you listen to the EP definitely, you’ll get to understand what I’m trying to say.”
Zamarley adds that the inspiration for the title was equally drawn from the body of work, and instrumentals. The project featured producers like Dijay Karl and Dijay Cliff, who all enhanced the flair of the EP sound-wise.
It is worth noting that Zamarley and Taron X possess a style that resonates with the “streets”. This could be seen from the response after their release of “FOWL” a few years back.
