View Forbes List For Top Ten Richest African Artists!!!

The Popular magazine Forbes in collaboration with Channel O, have released a list revealing the top ten African Artists. They say the ranking was based on the artist’s sales, endorsement value, social media presence,you tube views, show rates, appearance in news papers, investments and so many other factors. Here they are,from the 1st to the 10th:
1-Akon, Senegalese/American. Founder of Konvict Music

2-Don Jazzy, Best African Producer, CEO of Mavin Records, Brand Ambassador for Samsung, Loyal Milk and MTN

3-P-Square, Best African Group, Have received Presidential Reception and treatment in at least five African Countries, Have had several sold out concerts worldwide.

4-D’banj, CEO of DB Records, Vice President of Def Jam Africa, Affiliated to Good Music, Has a deal with Sony Music Entertainment.

5-Wizkid, EME Artist, has had several sold out concerts worlwide, Star Boy Ceo, Managed by Disturbing London, Highest paid Pepsi Ambassador.

6-Tu Face Idibia, Has had atleast 7 million digital sales, UN ambassador for youths and peace, Affiliated with Haven Homes, Guiness and Airtel Worlwide.

7-Anselmo Ralph, Angolan Sony Artist, Coca cola and Samsung ambassador, perfum and clothing line owner.

8-Sarkodie, Ghanian Rapper, Clothing line owner,has a Mineral water collection, presidential youth ambassador, Samsung and Fan Milk Ambassador.

9-Ice Prince, Multiple Award winning Rapper, has six million downloads to his credit, studio owner, Plug N Play ambassador.

10-Banky W, CEO EME Music, Multiple award winning RnB and Soul Artist.

             So that’s our list. Do you approve? Its authenticity is verified though. I just think that Akon should not be on this list because he resides in America. He is African yes but he shouldn’t be comparable to the others…I’m just saying!!
