You risk up to 2 years in jail for circulating unverified information on social media!

The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications sent messages to network subscribers in Cameroon, today, the 22nd of January, saying:

“Dear subscriber, you incur 6 months to 2 years imprisonment, and 5 to 10 million fine if you publish or spread on the social media, information that you can’t prove. MINPOSTEL”
